This is the most welcoming dental office. Trustworthy, and top quality dentistry. They are so focused on the client, to make sure it is done correctly so you don’t have to come back for the same problem in a year. In the past I’ve had a lot of problems with Dentist trying to over sell their services or telling me I had cavities in teeth that were perfectly fine. I never ever experienced that at this office. I came here because i needed a dentist I could trust.

It was 6 years ago when I became a patient of Brighton Periodontal Implant. I am glad and delighted with Dr. Homa to work on my implants. He is very professional, meticulous and provide great service. His staff provides excellent customer service. I am very blessed to be Brighton Periodontal & Implants patient. I highly recommend this clinic for all implants and hygienic dental needs.

Dr Ali Zadeh and Josie are the dearest, kindest and most skilled periodontal experts you could ever find on planet Earth. They have provided me with excellent care through many procedures and implants over the years. I would and do happily recommend them to everyone!

I have been with Dr. Zadeh and his fantastic team for over five years. What an amazing experience!! They are super professional, responsible and patient-oriented. Most importantly, it's such an honor to meet Dr. Zadeh, the world renown periodontist, that he significantly improved my cross bite issue without aggressive surgery. Thank you team!

Dr Zadeh is absolutely amazing. He can take one look at my teeth and know exactly what's best instantly. He is a true professional and a very sincere being. I've had several big situations taken care of with him, all were very necessary and important and they all turned out extremely well. I can't recommend him and his extremely peaceful clinic enough.

Dr. Ali Zadeh has been my doctor for over 35 years. I have had several gum surgeries during the years and I have always received the best treatment from him. I introduced my husband and our children as they reached the adulthood, and we are all very happy with him. I know we are all in good hands and I highly recommend him with confidence.

I've been Dr Sara Tanavoli's patient here for 8 years due to a crown lengthening procedure I needed. She is conscientious , detailed, skilled and thorough. The care I have received from her and the entire staff is superb!! They follow all Covid -19 protocols and their infection control practices are outstanding! I will be coming back for graft surgery to treat my recession. I love this office! I love Dr Tanavoli! Thank you for the excellent care you provide!

I was referred to Brighton (Dr. Homa Zadeh) by my own dentist in the same building. Because of the location of the problem tooth (#7) my dentist told me that Dr. Zadeh would be the best doctor to perform the dental implant surgery.

I showed up at my schedule appt time and was directed to the surgery room. The entire process seem to go very quickly and very well. As soon as Dr. Zadeh started, he explained what was going on, first the tooth was extracted, then the implant & bone graft were installed. I was out the door by 3pm and I had very little to no pain at all.

I am very pleased with the care I received recently at Brighton Periodontal from the wonderful staff and Dr. Homa Zadeh who came highly recommended as the expert in his field. After my evaluation visit, I was confident I was in good hands. Dr. Homa is pleasant, caring and thorough in his exam and evaluation. He was clear, comprehensive and precise as he explained my case, options and recommended priority work. My gum surgery went very well despite the difficult case I had. Dr. Homa was kind to follow up and make sure I was doing well after the surgery. I will continue my visits to Brighton and highly recommend this practice.

Dr Homa came highly recommended and I made the effort of driving all the way from Orange county for each clinic visit. He did not disappoint. I also worked in the medical field and know what is a true professional. He is meticulous with his work and a perfectionist. He gives an honest opinion and will work with you until you are satisfied. He did make my smile beautiful. The staff ( special mention to Daisy, Josie, Eilien ) is also courteous, polite and always helpful. I am very happy that I made a very good decision of trusting him and his staff and will return. One other important thing is, The dental office is a one stop shop. It's a multi specialty office with the doctors handling their own expertise. Dr. Orna who handles the lighter side of the work will coordinate with Dr Homa. She is as well very professional and good. I do not regret the sacrifice of traveling the distance for a job well done.
